Transformations Care is excited to announce that we are now in-network with MHN, a Health Net Company. This gives us the opportunity to help even more people get clean and sober — for good. Using MHN insurance to pay for addiction treatment at Transformations Care, can make detox, residential, and IOP programs more affordable for you, so you can get the drug or alcohol abuse help you need.
Who is MHN?
MHN is the behavioral health subsidiary of Health Net. They are a leading provider for Employee Assistance Program (EAP)’s mental health and addiction treatment coverage. Their behavioral health plan is available both on it’s own or paired with a Health Net Company benefits plan for full-time employees. Each benefit plan is different, so give us a call to check your benefits and we’ll tell you what’s covered!
What Does In-Network Mean?
If an addiction treatment program is in-network, that means they are contracted with your health insurance provider. How much you pay for addiction treatment depends on your insurance and the level of care you pay for. The higher the level of care you have, the higher your monthly insurance premium will be, but the less you will pay for the cost or copay of treatment.
Typically, if your insurance provider is in-network, the amount of coverage they pay for the overall cost is more. So if you’re in-network with MHN, a Health Net Company, paying for rehab with your insurance may be an affordable option for you!
Don’t think that you won’t be able to afford addiction treatment if a facility isn’t in-network with your insurance provider. Give us a call today to find out how we can make treatment affordable for you.
Alternatives to Using In-Network Insurance
Sometimes paying with in-network insurance may not always end up being the cheapest option. Choosing the right treatment facility that treats both addiction and the mental health disorders fueling it is the most important deciding factor. Not choosing the right addiction treatment program could be the difference in relapsing or staying clean and sober for good.
At Transformations Care, we also accept out-of-network insurance plans. This means your health insurance provider isn’t in-network with us, but depending on your benefits plan, could still be affordable for you.
Private Pay is another option for paying for rehab meaning that you pay us directly. This doesn’t involve dealing with insurance and can also be offered at a cheaper rate than when paying with insurance.
