Things to Do if You Have Hit Your Rock Bottom

As noted above, rock bottom is different for everyone. The plan of action to take when you have hit your bottom can be different than it is for someone else. With this being said, there are some common things that a person can do if they have hit their bottom, such as:

  • Reaching out to a professional addiction or mental health treatment center for help
  • Start believing yourself
  • Feel the pain and allow that to motivate you to get back control over your life

  • Learn new ways to have fun without alcohol or drugs
